Apply for Account
Brokers, Value Added Resellers, and other businesses in the United States who would like to purchase Quadrant products in bulk quantities may apply for an account and open a credit line with Quadrant. Please submit the following documents via fax to 510-656-2208:
- Completed & Signed Credit Application**
- Copy of business license
- Copy of Federal Tax ID
If application is approved, Quadrant will open an account for you. A Customer Sales Representative will contact you with your account number.
