Please make sure you have read the Return Policy and Procedures before submitting a RMA request. Quadrant offers RMA only to customers who purchased products directly from Quadrant and can provide a valid Invoice or Order Number. If you acquired your Quadrant product from a dealer, reseller, or other merchant, please contact your point of purchase and follow their return policies.

Reason for Return:		Warranty Return 1-yr warranty unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
		Credit/Refund Return All returns or refused orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping/handling charges cannot be credited or refunded.
