Before returning a product, please read and understand our policies. The information below and in the following pages applies only to products sold directly from Quadrant Components, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Quadrant. If you purchased from a dealer or reseller, please contact your point of purchase and follow their return policies.

Limit on Warranty

Quadrant warrants its products for a period of one year from the date of actual purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship only under normal use for the application in which it was intended. This warranty shall not and will not apply to a product that has been purposely damaged by unreasonable use, damaged by accident or due to negligence, or has undergone any unauthorized modification or repair. Quadrant reserves the right, at its discretion, to warrant products for a lesser period of time, when so stated on the invoice.

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized - unauthorized returns will be refused. Please observe the following deadlines in obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

Warranty Service - Within Warranty Period

During the warranty period, products alleged to be defective can be returned to Quadrant at the buyer's expense. Quadrant shall repair or replace, at its choosing, products that prove to be defective. Product not returned at the end of the warranty period shall be deemed as being free of defects.

Claims - Within 48 Hours

The buyer has 48 hours from receipt of product to notify Quadrant of any discrepancies in the order, such as shortage, wrong product or improperly shipped product, or damage relating to the shipment. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

Return For Credit - Within 14 Days

Quadrant will give credit for defective product within 14 days of receipt. This credit can be used to purchase additional products from Quadrant. No refunds will be issued without prior agreement.

Non-defective, undamaged products, including those originally ordered as a result of buyer's error, are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the original sales value or a $25 minimum charge. Custom-build or special-ordered build products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Products must be returned with all materials, boxes, manuals, cables, diskettes, etc., and packing material that were originally shipped. Any missing or broken components or materials from a returned product will be charged to the buyer.

Any exceptions to the Return Policy must be agreed upon in writing between Quadrant and the buyer prior to purchase.
