FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

The FAQs below contain answers to common and general questions, as well as solutions to known issues. If you have not done so already, please look through them before contacting Technical Support. You can obtain a solution more quickly by finding the answer in the FAQs and by allowing our staff to devote less time answering known issues and focus more resources to helping resolve particular problems.

• www.shopquadrant.com - support for customers who made purchased through our ShopQuadrant website. Please note that we have ceased selling online directly to end users, however, support will continue for products still under warranty.

If you are unable to obtain a solution through the FAQs, please submit a detailed message to our Technical Support Staff. We may not be able to respond adequately to questions that are too general, and answers will be simply be copied from the FAQs if the topic is already covered. Therefore, please be specific in your questions and forward as much details as possible in order for us to provide useful answers that are applicable to your particular problem.
