Note: The following Return Policy and Procedures applies only to products purchased through our ShopQuadrant.com webshop. We have ceased accepting online orders and discontinued online shopping on ShopQuadrant.com as we decided to move away from sales to end users. The information below is being maintained to provide continued support for ShopQuadrant.com customers who still have products under warranty.
Quadrant warrants its products for a period of one year from the date of actual purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship only under normal use for the application in which it was intended. This warranty shall not and will not apply to a product that has been purposely damaged by unreasonable use, damaged by accident or due to negligence, or has undergone any unauthorized modification or repair. Quadrant reserves the right, at its discretion, to warrant products for a lesser period of time, when so stated on the invoice.
All returns must be authorized - unauthorized returns will be refused. Please observe the following deadlines in obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
During the warranty period, products alleged to be defective can be returned to Quadrant at the buyer's expense. Quadrant shall repair or replace, at its choosing, products that prove to be defective. Product not returned at the end of the warranty period shall be deemed as being free of defects.
The buyer has 48 hours from receipt of product to notify Quadrant of any discrepancies in the order, such as shortage, wrong product or improperly shipped product, or damage relating to the shipment. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
For ShopQuadrant Orders Only
Quadrant will give refund within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, no questions asked. Product is subjected to the following terms and conditions to be eligible:
- Product must be purchased online through www.shopquadrant.com Products purchased through other channels are not eligible.
- Refund is up to the full product price, excluding shipping and handling charges and other non-product related charges.
- Warranty on product must still be valid. Please see the warranty information above and under the Sales Terms and Conditions.
- Product must be in cosmetically new condition with no visible signs of wear or use. Any labels and markings must not be removed or tampered.
- The product must be returned with all materials, boxes, manuals, cables, diskettes, etc., and packing material that were originally shipped. Any missing or broken components or materials from a returned product will be charged to the buyer.
- Custom-build or special-ordered build products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Products purchased through other channels are not eligible.
Any exceptions to the Return Policy must be agreed upon in writing between Quadrant and the buyer prior to purchase.
